One of my favorite recipes is Mixed Berry Cobbler. I use my handy Indoor Dutch Oven for this and it works like magic.  It is so simple that everyone who enjoys it will believe you spent hours making it while you put it together and walked away. Let’s get cooking chef!

  • Add together all your fruit and sugar in a mixing bowl and make sure they are all covered well. Dump all contents into the dutch oven or other casserole dish with a oven safe lid large enough for the mixture to go into the oven.
  • Evenly spread the cake mix over the top of the fruit sugar mixture. Use the whole mix.
  • Slowly pour the 7 up or Sprite over the top of the cake mix. It works best if you go in circles. It will bubble up and this is normal. It acts as a catalyst. Use all 16oz.
  • Place the lid on the dish and put in the oven at 400 degrees. Let it cook for 45 min and it should be boiling. Take the lid off and let it cook another 5-10 min until the top crust is browning.
  • Remove from the oven, let sit for 5 - 10 min to cool and enjoy.

I especially enjoy this amazing dessert with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream sprinkled with nuts!
