Whenever it comes to sauteing mushrooms you need 3 things: a base, an additive for flavor, and of course heat. Now if you have multiple additives it’s important to make the flavors blend with the base. Now for this recipe, everything is so simple there is no need to overthink anything. Simple and delicious is sometimes the best way to go.
