- Blend on high until you get the right consistency you want for the smoothie. It should be thick but juicy. Add additional ice or pomegranate juice as needed but in small amounts.
For me personally, I additionally add some flakes of coconut and about 2 Tbs of honey.
I know many others who substitute Greek Yogurt vs the banana for the protein.
