Recipe Stuffed French Toast: Easy, Quick, and Delicious

We have all been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, it can be a challenge in the morning when you are dragging, needing coffee, and still wanting something delicious for yourself and the family before heading off for the day.

Sometimes the best solution is to whip up some easy french toast and while you are at it make it stuffed! That way you get that extra little splash of wonderful for your tastebuds and it will make sure the day starts right.

I use my GreenPan Chatham Frying Pan for this recipe.

  • Get together all of the yummy ingredients plus a whisk, spatula, mixing bowl, and fry pan.
  • In a mixing bowl add together the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon sugar, and honey. Whisk together well until there are no more lumps.
  • Place one slice of bread into the mixture at a time and soak it on both sides. Once it is soaked, place the bread onto your fry pan which should be on medium heat and sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray or oil.
  • Brown both sides of the french toast to your personal prefrence. On average about 2 min on both sides. Have the bacon of your choice cooking on the side.
  • Once both pieces of french toast and the bacon are done cooking it is time to put together the stuffed french toast. Spread the brie along one slice of the french toast with as thin or thick of a layer that you would like. Add on the bacon. Place the other piece of french toast back on top. Put the whole stuffed french toast either back on the stove for about 1 min per side on medium heat to get everything nice and hot or place it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Put the finishing touches on the stuffed french toast with some sifted powdered sugar, a palmful of berries, and warm maple syrup! Take a bite and enjoy the delicious!

Your final product picture looks so yummy. However, I may need to check for a bacon alternative. If I can find a veggie substitute it would be better. All the best!

    Are these the newest pans from Green Pan?

    I’m, not the best cook, it is mostly done by my roommate who was a Chef for 20 years. Going to ask him to follow your recipe and make me stuffed french toast.

    I jumped around your site a bit and read some of the comments and checked out some more recipes. Then I found your write up and review about the Green Pan Chatham Frying pan. We had Green Pans we bought from TSC and my roommate who does most of the cooking was not happy with most of them, except the smallest one he still uses.

    I will have to get him to read your review as we need new frying pans. I think we should get these Chatham pans or at least one of them to try.

  5. What a delicious looking recipe! I cannot wait to try it out. I noticed that it included honey as well and hadn’t heard of using it. I just happen to be a beekeeper and would find raw honey to make my french toast even better. Thank you for taking the time to provide everyone with a delicious food recipe!
