There are a multitude of combinations for oil infused recipes full of herbs and spices for every taste and desire which is a key benefit to creating your own homemade cooking oil for your sprayer or oil pourer. One of my personal favorites is my Tuscany blend. It pairs great with pastas, potatoes, salads, hummus, and makes a great dipping bread sauce.
If you want to use this for a bread dipping sauce then grab out a saucer plate. Add a few twits of a mixed peppercorn grinded, 1 Tbs of Parmesan or Asiago cheese grated, and a tbs of ground onion and garlic (you can substitute a mixed spice blend which works fine), then pour over the oil blend. BAM! You just turned your infused cooking oil into an appetizer that everyone will be talking about!
